Husband left us without warning and I'm so angry

THREE months ago, my husband suddenly decided he didn't want to be in a relationship with me any more and left the very next day.

When I look back, I can see our marriage wasn't great - there was a lot of stress with two children, aged four and two, plus jobs and all the other adult responsibilities.

It just felt hard a lot of the time but there were no clues he was planning to leave.

We never had a conversation about our relationship and he never told me he was unhappy.

Since he moved out, he's carried on contributing financially and has been good with the kids, seeing them often and helping me out. As far as I know, he's not seeing anyone else and there wasn't an affair.
