Devo switch for benefits reaches 700k

SCOTLAND'S devolved benefits agency now has 700,000 people receiving disability or carers’ funding, it’s been revealed.

Social Security Scotland provides the majority of the payments, with just 28 complex cases to be moved from the Department for Work and Pensions, expected next month.
