Hoops are in disarray and bookies may regret pricing Rangers at 13/5

THEY say the form book goes out the window on derby day and Wilfried Nancy will certainly be hoping that's the case as he prepares for an Old Firm baptism of fire.

The Frenchman is under massive pressure after losing five of his first seven games since taking the reins at Celtic.

Even Liz Truss didn't start so badly in her ill-fated reign as Prime Minister and plenty of Hoops fans would probably prefer a lettuce to be in the dugout at Parkhead today.

It looked like Nancy might have turned the corner after back-to-back wins over Aberdeen and Livingston.

But Motherwell piled the heat back on the Hoops gaffer on Tuesday as they totally outclassed the champions in a 2-0 win.

It was one of the worst Celtic performances in recent memory and it’s clear Nancy's three-man defence is causing more chaos than the bold Liz's mini budget.

Truss was ushered out of Downing Street before she could do any more damage and it’s hard to see Nancy surviving if Celtic cop a beating off their rivals on home turf.

Anyone who has watched Nancy's side of late wouldn't put a penny on them but the bookies continue to overestimate them.
