A SICKENED community has raised more than £2000 for a schoolgirl who was dragged unconscious through a park after a horrific “gang attack” by feral teens.

Hope Lyden, 13, was beaten up at Boden Boo in Erskine, Renfrewshire, at the weekend.

Police say two girls, aged 12 and 13, have been charged in connection with the attack.

Now “disgusted” locals have rallied around Hope.

A statement on a GoFundMe page reads: “After seeing the post and pictures of the wee girl that was set upon by a number of people and leaving her unconscious before dragging her by the hair, we felt that raising a pot of money for her would be good, to show her that so many people care and love her.

“We are disgusted by what happened to her. Glasgow and beyond are sending healing, hugs and best wishes.”
