ARNE SLOT is convinced Mohamed Salah will rediscover his goalscoring form - but admits he can't fully explain the Liverpool forward's barren spell.
Salah has now gone six games without finding the target and was benched for the 5-1 Champions League victory at Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday. The 33-year-old missed a number of chances after emerging for the final 16 minutes having spurned a couple of good openings in the 2-1 home Premier League defeat to Manchester United last weekend.
With Alexander Isak likely to be absent with a groin problem, Salah is expected to be recalled to the starting lineup for the Premier League trip to Brentford this evening.
