SCALE OF MOUNTAIN BLAZE DAMAGE REVEALED

THE scale of the damage caused by a blaze on Llandudno's Cwm Mountain has been revealed in a fire service update.
-
Around 21 acres were burned, with a number of fences and steps also affected, after the fire broke out on Tuesday.
Fire crews battled the blaze through the night, with multiple engines at the scene to quell the flames, as smoke billowed into the air, which could be seen for miles around.
The incident remains ongoing and an investigation into the cause will start when it concludes.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service update said:
