Dywedodd y Prif Swyddog Elfyn Owen fod yr elusen eisiau penodio o leiaf dau a hyd at chwech aelod newydd o’r bwrdd i lenwi’r bwlch sgiliau a gréwyd gan y fenter newydd.
‘Dywedodd: “Yn ogystal a chyflawni ein hamcanion elusennol, mae gennym ddwy elfen fasnachu yn y busnes.
“Mae Canllaw Addasu yn gwneud gwaith addasu cartrefi ac mae prosiect Canllaw Technegol yn rheoli gwaith mawr fel estyniadau a thrawsnewidiadau i gartrefi cleientiaid.
“Y datblygiad newydd yw ein bod bellach hefyd yn gosod ceginau ac ystafelloedd ymolchi ar sail fasnachol ar gyfer Grwp Cynefin yn ei gartrefi yn y ddwy sir.
“Rydyn ni’n chwilio am entrepreneuriaid a phobl sydd â phrofiad masnachol neu rai sydd â chefndir ym maes adeiladu neu yn y gyfraith.
