Tributes pour in for journalist

THE South African media fraternity is in mourning following the passing of seasoned journalist Tshidi Madia, who died yesterday after a short bout of illness.

Her untimely death has left a profound impact on her family, colleagues, and many within the country’s journalistic community.

The announcement was made by the family spokesperson, Mahlatse Mahlatse, who shared the news.

"The Madia family announce, with deep sadness, the passing of their beloved daughter and sister Tshidi Madia.

“Tshidi passed on this morning after a short illness and hospitalisation,” Mahlatse said.
