Victim of van crash 'sweet & generous' as man held

A THREE-year-old girl killed in an apparent hit-and-run accident has been remembered as sweet, kind and generous.
Louisa Palmisano, Lulu to her family, died when a van rebounded off a tram in Manchester on Saturday morning, then mounted the pavement and hit her.
