Union calls for furlough to save JLR supply chain jobs

A UNION is calling for a furlough scheme for supply chain workers hit by the Jaguar Land Rover cyber attack.

Unite said its members were being laid off with reduced or zero pay.

Staff at bus manufacturer Alexander Dennis were this week put on furlough in order to stop its Scottish factories from closing.
