Reformed character Kaide poised to be Wigan's man for all season

KAIDE ELLIS is set for an everpresent season for Wigan Warriors - a far cry from the days of spending as much time on the sidelines.

The Australian prop is the sole player in Matt Peet's first-team squad to feature in every match this campaign.

However, Ellis' journey hasn't been entirely smooth sailing, having been regularly suspended during the earlier stages of his Wigan career.

After arriving in July 2021, Ellis frequently found himself in hot water with the Rugby FootSTE ball League's match review panel.

But his discipline has improved markedly through sustained hard work, with that constructive approach helping establish him as one of Wigan's senior figures.
