Reform shows its true colours

October 30, 2025

Wes Streeting has blasted a Reform MP for making "racist" complaints about adverts "full of Black people, full of Asian people". Sarah Pochin said she hadn't meant to offend anyone with her rant about diversity in advertising and admitted her comments were "phrased poorly". The Health Secretary said her remarks on TalkTV were a "disgrace" and the silence from Nigel Farage "says it all". You say...

THE fact Nigel Farage refused to condemn Sarah Pochin for her racist rant, on top of her calling for Britain to ban the burka, simply underlines how far to the right Reform UK really are in their quest for power.

If Farage is serious about becoming PM, he'd sack Pochin and those who have supported her so openly. Instead, he refuses to act for fear of a membership exodus from his failing party.

Thus, unlike Sir Keir Starmer putting country before party, Farage continues to put party before country and jump on any bandwagon going.

Geoffrey Brooking, Havant, Hants

At what point do we say enough is enough in this country? We cannot have politicians like Sarah Pochin spouting racist remarks and not being held accountable.

Tensions are already high and people are feeling marginalised. This woman should be sacked from her party immediately for the irresponsible and insensitive remarks she made.
