Outcry over £10m Barclays boss 'cut public wages' plea

THE boss of Barclays has been accused of hypocrisy for urging the government to limit wage rises for public sector workers, despite his own pay and perks more than doubling to £10.5million.
CS Venkatakrishnan told the Financial Times: "We need a way to curb wage inflation."
