CASH use is falling at a slower rate in poorer areas than better off places, analysis has revealed.

Figures from ATM network Link showed £80billion of cash was withdrawn last year, down more than 30% since 2019, just before Covid struck. It means people are taking out £100million less from cash machines every day.
