TOTO WOLFF is daring to dream that Mercedes can cement their place back at F1's top table in the coming weeks.

For so long, the once-dominant Silver Arrows have toiled away with little reward for their efforts - just one race win since 2021.

But Mercedes look to finally have genuine momentum and were contenders for victory in Montreal on Sunday.

George Russell started on pole and led for 20 laps but had to settle for third place as Max Verstappen won from Lando Norris.
