A roast chicken with garlic and herb butter is hard to beat, especially when paired with tomatoes and couscous. For vegetarians, a roasted cauliflower cheese is a showstopper - golden and bubbling. And don't forget pudding. A sticky toffee and apple sponge with custard makes the perfect sweet finish.
