Fans fume sky-high World Cup tickets are killing football
FIFA has been accused of killing the people's game with sky-high ticket prices for the World Cup.
The cheapest tickets for the final will be a staggering £3,119 - on top of jacked-up travel and accommodation for the tournament in the USA, Canada and Mexico, kicking off in June.
The cheapest ticket for any of England's group games is £164, while Scotland fans hoping to see their side at the World Cup for the first time since 1998 will have to pay at least £134.
England fan Neal Weekes, 60, from Greenwich, south east London, said: "We are used to being ripped off but this is the mother of all ripoffs."
