Donnelly buys THIRD house in same street

- TOM BRYANT

DECLAN Donnelly is toasting his and Ant McPartlin's new £30million ITV contract by splashing out on his THIRD house on the same street.

Dec already has a £7m mansion in West London, as well as the house next door that he snapped up three years ago for £2.25m.

He has now bought his third home, next door to the second one, and has submitted planning applications to develop it.

It is not known how much he paid but current houses are being sold for £2.5m on that street.

Ant also used to live a few doors down from Dec on the same road before his divorce from first wife Lisa.

He moved out of the area and now lives in a £6m home in South West London with new wife Anne-Marie.

The couple are now said to be house-hunting.
