TOTTENHAM legend Gary Mabbutt reckons under-pressure Ange Postecoglou is creating a proper family spirit at his beloved club.

The Aussie’s future remains on the line despite winning the Europa League last week after Spurs’ worst-ever season in the Premier League.

Big Ange has gone on holiday with his position under massive threat. But he has earned rave reviews from former defender Mabbutt.

The ex-Spurs captain is delighted with the way Postecoglou has fostered unity and knows the ‘Tottenham Way’.

Mabbutt, 63, said: “A lot of the credit has to go to the manager. He's a great coach, a great motivator of players. He’s forming a family there, everyone is working for everyone else.

“Certainly the players like playing the way they play. Ange has got that Spurs DNA within him.
