AFTER SHOOT-OUT, YATES IS AIMING FOR WEMBLEY

RYAN YATES led from the front as Nottingham Forest booked an FA Cup quarter-final showdown with Brighton.

Now the Forest captain is itching for a chance to march his team out at Wembley by keeping their dream alive when they face the Seagulls at the end of the month in the last eight.

Matz Sels proved the hero in the penalty shoot-out win over Ipswich on Monday night but it was Yates who headed home the second-half equaliser that kept the game alive for the Reds.

Forest's remarkable campaign sees them pushing for Champions League qualification as they sit third in the Premier League - between Arsenal and Manchester City - with 11 games to play.
