Adams 'new evidence' probe call

THREE relatives of people killed by IRA bombs have demanded the Met Police investigates new “evidence” revealed in the recent Gerry Adams court case.

In a letter to chief Sir Mark Rowley, they said new information disclosed in the civil case should be examined by counter-terrorism specialists.

Ihsan Bashir, Sarah Butt and Susan Dodd were devastated when the case against Mr Adams was withdrawn last month and said there should be a full inquiry into his links with the IRA.
