3 jailed for horror gun murder of 60-yr-old

THREE men have been jailed for life after an innocent grandfather was shot dead through his living room window.

Barry Dawson, 60, was hit in the chest in broad daylight by gunman Sean Reay, 30, in an attack captured on CCTV.

Judge Mr Justice Cotter yesterday handed Reay a minimum term of 32 years.

Kelvin Lawson, 28, who smashed the downstairs window of the house in Stanley, Co Durham, to allow a clearer shot, got a minimum term of 28 years.
