West Indies Academy level series 1-all with second ODI win

THE West Indies Academy levelled the three-match unofficial ODI series one-all when they beat the touring Sri Lanka Emerging Players by 19 runs in the second match played at North Sound on Tuesday.

Invited to bat first, the West Indies Academy ran up a total of 290-9 with half-centuries from Carlon Bowen-Tuckett and Rivaldo Clarke. Right-arm seamer Garuka Sanketh was the pick of the Lankan bowlers with 4/63.
