Gihan Wickramasinghe secures overall win at NTB golf

GIHAN Wickramasinghe won the NTB Customer best Stableford win with a score of 44. Shemal De Silva won the NTB Amex Challenge trophy with a score of 46. This annual event sponsored by NTB saw more than 260 golfers plus 30 exciting juniors teeing off recently.
The Ladies Division featured fierce competition, beginning with the Bronze Division where Mavali Weerasinghe clinched the title with 36 points, edging out runner-up Deepani Gamage, who garnered 33 points. In the Silver Division, Dr. Pravina Dunuwilla showed exceptional form taking home the winner’s trophy with 39 points, while Jade Jiggens finished strong as the runner-up with 35 points.
The Seniors Ladies Division Niranjali Amarasooriya emerged victorious with 31 points, narrowly defeating H.M.D. Bandaranayake, the runner-up, who scored 29 points.
