UK 'soft touch for extremists to enter at will'

EXTREMISTS can enter the UK with impunity because of Sir Keir Starmer’s “open borders policy”, the Tories claimed last night.
The Prime Minister was accused of making the UK “the soft touch of Europe on illegal migration” as Channel migrant crossings continued at a record pace.
At least 4,131 people have arrived by small boats this year — up 87% compared with the same period in 2022, Home Office figures show.
It comes as the arrest of alleged Palestinian militant gunman Abu Wadee — after crossing the Channel — has prompted a border security row.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: “Thanks to Keir Starmer’s open borders policy, extremists are able to enter our country at will.
“That is why the new Conservative policy to repeal the Human Rights Act for immigration cases is so important.
