JARROD BOWEN is using Mo Salah as his inspiration as he targets more goals and assists for West Ham next season.

Liverpool star Salah, inset, lifted the PFA player-of-the-year award, seeing off Kevin De Bruyne, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Harry Kane after scoring 23 Premier League goals and 14 assists.

Bowen goes on holiday having contributed 12 topflight goals and 10 assists during the campaign to force himself into Gareth Southgate’s World Cup plans.

The Hammers are targeting another top-four push next term, and Bowen knows he will have to improve further if they are to achieve their goal of reaching the Champions League.
