Super typhoon Ragasa leaves path of destruction across East Asia

THIS is the damage caused as super typhoon Ragasa hit coastal restaurants in Hong Kong after devastating parts of Taiwan and the Philippines, leaving 27 people dead.
Ragasa is the world’s strongest storm this year and the second strongest to hit the South China Sea region since records began in 1950.
