The 15-year-old boy in question was arrested by PC Lorne Castle in Bournemouth town centre in January 2024 for allegedly assaulting two people, including an elderly man. He had a double-bladed, Stanley-type knife in his possession and screamed at officers as he attempted to resist arrest.
