'Reform on rise in crisis-hit areas'

NIGEL Farage’s Reform UK party is on course to make gains in England's left-behind neighbourhoods, Sir Keir Starmer has been warned.

A think tank with links to Labour said poor schools, bad housing and a lack of decent jobs meant voters were looking for an alternative to traditional parties and the sense things are getting worse is helping Reform.

People are particularly worried about litter, antisocial behaviour and drug dealing, according to a report by the Independent Commission on Neighbourhoods.
