Queen bats for Britain on royals Gallic charm offensive

CAMILLA showed off her ping-pong prowess in Paris yesterday as the King and Queen continued their smash-hit state visit to France.

The royal couple spent their second day in the capital - one of the host cities for the Rugby World Cup in France and met top sporting stars.

And Camilla couldn't resist an invitation to pick up a table tennis bat and then challenged the wife of President Emmanuel Macron to a friendly match.

Charles laughed as his wife had a quick practice, but Brigitte Macron appeared to get the better of the Queen, who hit the ball into the net several times.
