My eyes, my eyes!

A NATIONWIDE manhunt was under way last night for a man suspected of hurling a corrosive chemical into the face of a mother and her two young daughters.
Police are hunting Abdul Shokoor Ezedi, 35, who they suspect carried out the devastating assault in Clapham, South London.
The 31-year-old mother was left screaming, "My eyes, my eyes! Help me, I can't see!" in what detectives say was a targeted attack on her and her two daughters, aged three and eight, at 7.25pm on Wednesday.
The woman was making her way back to a hotel currently being used by the Home Office to house female asylum seekers and their children when the attacker pounced, throwing the chemical from a silver container.
Some 11 people were taken to hospital, including several Good Samaritans who tried to help.
Police yesterday released CCTV footage of the suspect sporting significant injuries to the right side of his face, taken from a Tesco store on Caledonian Road, Islington, at 8.48 that night.
Met officers said the injuries make him look "distinctive".
CCTV taken earlier that evening from a home in Clapham showed a man running around a car before getting into the driver's seat, with a woman and child stood in front of the vehicle holding their hands to their faces.
The car then strikes her, before the man stops the vehicle and gets out. He then opens the back door and appears to remove a child, before shoving them to the ground.
An all-ports alert was put in place as thousands of police nationwide desperately hunted for Ezedi.
The public were warned not to approach the "highly dangerous" individual and immediately dial 999 with any sightings.
