Robert Carlyle joins BBC show
ROBERT Carlyle is joining Line Of Duty for the highly anticipated return of the hit BBC crime show.
The Bafta-winning actor will play Detective Constable Shaun Massie in the next instalment of Jed Mercurio's crime thriller when it films this spring.
Robert, 64, known for roles in Trainspotting, The Full Monty and Hamish Macbeth, will join returning series leads Martin Compston, Vicky McClure and Adrian Dunbar.
