Julia's hat is one step towards less stress

Now the former Countryfile presenter has designed her own headgear in collaboration with GO Outdoors and Mind to mark National Stress Awareness Day.

Julia, 53, said: "We have all faced challenges in life, so I'm delighted to be part of Hats On For Mind highlighting the positive impact the outdoors has on our wellbeing.
