JK lashes out as trans journalist goes to police over 'hate crime'

JK ROWLING has hit back after transgender broadcaster India Willoughby said she had reported the Harry Potter author to police for calling her a man.
Ms Willoughby, 58, made the claim in an interview with Byline TV journalist Caolan Robertson.
Ms Rowling has previously sparked controversy over her views on gender identity and opposition to trans women going into female-only spaces.

She also accuses Ms Willoughby of "obsessively targeting" her for years.
