Jay, 54, who hosts hit BBC show The Repair Shop, married Lisa Marie Zbozen in the grounds of a beachfront villa in Barbados in November 2022.
But Lisa, 44, confirmed their split on social media yesterday, saying she felt "very broken".
In an emotional post, the fitness trainer said: "I don't know how to say this because it's still really raw.
"I probably should be really angry but I'm just incredibly sad about the whole thing right now.
