It's time we got a grip on migrant criminality

TODAY, the Express reveals horrifying news: the authorities have no idea how many asylum seekers have committed sexual offences in the UK. Following a Freedom of Information request to the Crown Prosecution Service, we found the Government doesn't know the numbers, despite appalling crimes such as the two Afghans charged with the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in Nuneaton.

According to the Ministry of Justice itself, almost half of foreign prisoners are incarcerated for violent and sexual crimes.

Writing in today's Express, Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick said that "certain nationalities are significantly more likely to be convicted of a crime than British nationals".
