BEN EARL knows desperate Wales have nothing to lose in tomorrow's Cardiff clash - but insists England can ride the punches and notch a fourth Six Nations win this campaign.

The Welsh have lost 16 games on the spin and are out to deny England a shot at the title and send interim head coach Matt Sherratt off with a bang.

Back-row Earl was part of an England side that lost seven matches on the spin against top-tier opposition, until their win against France last month, and recognises the Welsh mood.

Earl has played at the Principality Stadium only once - when it was empty during Covid in 2021 - but knows Wales will play with their backs to the wall.
