Driver with £17m drugs stash jailed

A DRIVER caught with £17million of ketamine stashed in his van has been jailed.

Paul Farrelly, 46, was “visibly nervous” when he was stopped by police in the Norris Green area of Liverpool last month, the National Crime Agency said.

In the VW van officers found 22 large industrial sacks filled with a white substance, later found to be the Class B drug, and a stack of wooden kitchen counters.
