Driver killed man who mistook him for a drug dealer

A MAN has been jailed for 15 years after mowing down a pedestrian during a confrontation.

Luke Dann, 37, was cleared of murder but convicted of manslaughter after he used his Range Rover as a "weapon" against David Kelly, 42.

The pair did not know each other but had a heated argument when Dann was wrongly thought to have been the victim's drug dealer, a court heard.
