Charles is adamant...no route back for the Duke

KING Charles is said to have decided that his brother Andrew can never return to royal duties two years after he was stripped of military titles and patronages.

After the Queen's death in September 2022 there was thought to be a chance the Duke of York could one day return to royal life.

But allegations contained in the tranche of files relating to his paedophile former friend Jeffrey Epstein have seen the door closed for good.

A royal source told a newspaper: "Charles found it very difficult. It was the hardest decision as it's his brother and he cares for him. But he knew it was the right thing to do." The Queen stripped Andrew of his military affiliations and royal patronages in January 2022.
