Briton charged over spying for China in US

A BRITISH man could get 20 years in jail after being charged in the US with spy plots to smuggle arms to China and silence a critic of Beijing.

John Miller, 63, from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, was arrested on April 24 while on a business trip to Serbia as part of a sting involving undercover FBI agents.

Along with co-accused Cui Guanghai, 43, of China, court documents claim he “solicited the procurement of US missiles, air defence radar, drones”.
