CARDIFF captain Calum Chambers was on target as the League One leaders edged out WIGAN 1-0.

Chambers (above) smashed home a rocket to maintain their three-point gap at the top.

Despite victory, Bluebirds head coach Brian Barry-Murphy urged his side to be more ruthless.

“I would have liked us to score more goals to make it more comfortable near the end and get the supporters more of what they wanted,” Barry-Murphy said.

“The biggest thing for us is to understand how we're creating chances, keep doing it, do more of it, then we have goals throughout our team.”
