KING'S HISTORIC MOVE MAKES BROTHER A COMMONER

He will shortly move from Windsor to a private home on the Sandringham Estate. Buckingham Palace aides announced King Charles had set the wheels in motion for historic changes which mean Andrew lives as an ordinary citizen. The 7pm statement declared: "These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him. Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse."
It follows a raft of scandals embroiling Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson over their relationship with late US paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.
