Action group can challenge UK ban

PALESTINE Action has won a bid to bring a High Court challenge over its ban as a terror network.

Huda Ammori, co-founder of the activist group, wants to fight the Government’s decision to proscribe the organisation under anti-terror laws.

This was announced after the group claimed responsibility when two Voyager planes were damaged at RAF Brize Norton, in Oxfordshire, on June 20.
