Tributes to much-loved butcher Stu

TRIBUTES have been paid to a much-loved Coventry man who died at the age of 61. Stuart Carroll spent his days working at Stuarts Butchery at Ball Hill Indoor Market.

Butcher Stuart started in the late 1970s and worked in the industry for more than 40 years. He opened Stuart Francis Butchers at City Arcade in 2009 before taking over and rebranding Ball Hill Butchers as Stuarts Butchery in 2022.
