Academic Year Will Have 230 Working Days Syllabus to Be Implemented in a Planned Manner

With schools reopening today, Nagarkurnool District Educational Officer (DEO) A. Ramesh Kumar stated that the focus this academic year is on creating a joyful and conducive learning environment for students and ensuring quality education across all government schools.

Speaking to the media, the DEO said that all necessary arrangements have been made for the reopening of schools from Thursday. Efforts have been taken to ensure that students are welcomed into a pleasant atmosphere on the very first day of school.

Following the directives of District Collector Badavath Santosh, all government schools across the district have been cleaned and arranged to provide a hygienic and vibrant environment. Necessary provisions such as furniture and classroom sanitation have been made so that students face no inconvenience.

He emphasized that for the 2025-26 academic year, steps are already being taken from the outset to improve educational standards.
