Bhu Bharati contributes to resolving land disputes : MLA Sudarshan Reddy

MLA Sudarshan Reddy said the new ROR Act 'Bhu Bharati' introduced by the state government will contribute a lot to resolving land disputes.

An awareness conference was organized for farmers on Tuesday at the auditorium hall of the Lions Club Eye Hospital in Bodhan town of Nizamabad district on the new Bhu Bharati Act. MLA Sudarshan Reddy, Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu and Additional Collector Kiran Kumar participated in this conference and made farmers aware about the Bhu Bharati Act through a power point presentation.

The MLA explained that the government has brought this new ROR Act by incorporating many new elements to provide full ownership rights to the lands belonging to farmers without any scope for disputes. He said that this law will mainly solve the regularization of simple titles that have been pending for years. He said that the government has brought a new law with a strong determination to remove the difficulties faced by farmers due to the Dharani, and in any case, it has incorporated all the elements to provide great convenience to the farmers in solving their land problems. He advised the farmers to take advantage of this new ROR law.
