Siya Kolisi and his Bok team have carried on the Ubuntu tradition over the past two Rugby World Cups, and Temba Bavuma and his Proteas' Men's cricket team were the pride of the entire nation when they lifted the World Test Championship mace at Lord's a few months ago.
The baton has now been passed on to the Proteas Women's team as they begin their ICC World Cup journey against England in India today.
