Pick n Pay expands in Botswana with launch of first 24-hour ‘Go Store’

VIVO Energy Botswana and Pick n Pay have partnered to launch a new era of convenience retail with the country’s first Pick n Pay Go store, offering customers quality products and services from two leading names in fuel and retail.

The new Pick n Pay Go format is designed for customers on the move and operated 24 hours a day.

The stores will offer a broad selection of freshly baked goods, coffee, snacks, drinks, and daily essentials alongside fuel and lubricant services.

The first location opened at the Shell Village service station, with additional sites planned for rollout in the coming months. The partnership formed part of Vivo Energy Botswana's broader strategy to enhance customer experience by expanding the one-stop-shop model across its Shell service stations.

Over the past year, the company had deepened this approach through collaborations with quick service restaurant and retail partners.
