A JOINT SAPS operation in the Western Cape saw the arrest of five suspects and the recovery of four firearms, including an AK-47.

Crime Intelligence had information about individuals from other provinces planning a cash-in-transit robbery that weekend.Police said the suspects, identified in Kraaifontein, had been under surveillance since March 11.
